Shrimp Pasta with Roasted Tomato and Chili sauce

Brother of devil or Fratello del diavolo sauce.
If you like garlic and chili, then this is for you. Known in Italian as the brother of the devil, Fra Diavolo is per its name, is a hot and spicy dish. I have reduced the amount of chili to what I feel is an acceptable level. This allows me to still have the pleasing piquant chili sensation, and the ability to still taste my wine. Having said that, you are the cook, so make it your own.
In this recipe I used roasted cherry tomatoes to elevate the flavour to another level. Buy the ripest tomatoes you can find so you have full sweetness and flavour. Otherwise use the tomatoes you have. Enjoy Bucatini Pasta Fra Diavolo!

Very very tasteful. I didnt mix the sauce with the noodles to have the focus more on this beautiful sauce with the shrimps.
Made it! Loved it! Beautiful recipe, specially if you are spicy food lover. Just used ginger garlic paste insead of minced garlic(since the paste was available to me)and skipped the white wine, orelse everything same as recipe. Must try

Joel my good friend , great recipe & don't change a thing, folks don't use chili sauce enough & it is a great condiment or base. I know you are a chef so you know this, but for subs, viewers, the larger the shellfish, the better the flavor, shrimp, crab, lobster, etc... learned that from many chefs, cheers mate !
You got that right, sadly the larger the shellfish, the more it costs! Especially in Australia, ridiculous price considering we're surrounded by an ocean loaded with them.
@@recipe30 Joel, same thing here on pricing, i'm landlocked, but whether fresh or frozen, the price is more costly for the larger shellfish, i knew you would know that being a chef, cheers mate ! btw, it doesn't even matter if you are near the coast, pricing is more costly.there also.
