As of Thanksgiving 2022, this is the only run my brother Chaos currently has in the Regional Top 10 of the Americas. 12 years strong, and to think he was only 12 when he made this run. Just speaks to how dominant he was in his time, and at such a young age no less!
Your brother Andrew was so talented at the game, Nick. I was like 8 then, I loved watching his runs. why did he stop playing end of 2011? I know he came back a few years ago but that was only briefly. I miss him and Jascha and others. MKW still has a great community and players are better than ever but it’ll never feel the same as it did back then when the Wii was at its peak.
@@HydratedSoul Appreciate it! His runs were very entertaining. Yes his talent was like no other. Time trials, worldwide races, clan wars, everything. Yes he came back after not playing for so long and made WW tops on DKSC in early 2020 to try out the new shortcut and learned to master it. Such a beast lol. To answer your question, by the end of 2011 he was ready to move on. MKW was his life for 3 straight years and it didn’t need to be. It’s also possible fatigue got to him. He also always wanted an XBox, and by Christmas of that year he got one and made the switch. We downloaded Wiimfi and came back briefly in 2017 and 2020 as mentioned before. I agree the game will never have that same aura it once had those first few years, but glad to see the community is still going strong! The talent level is at an all time high. Andrew and I still watch MKW WR videos and we are in awe of some of the runs these players are making!
something tells me this guy can go much faster, it wasnt a smooth run by any means, and yet he pulled out this great time, i reckon he could 1:57:999 soon no doubt about it
