Sinful Passion, Daybreak, Hello, Our Love, Love Is Like a Dream, this one .... are very different from the original version. And all of them have something extra! The problem is that those who really love a song hardly accept a new version of it. Although technically and vocally Dimash's version is much better, there are people who prefer the original version - or covers that simply copy the original version - because that's what they want to hear, that's what they like. It happened to me with Adagio, Dimash's version seemed too strong at first and I was bothered by his accent (I'm not a good English speaker, but I knew Lara's version so well, I knew every word ....). After listening to it several times i started to like it more than Lara”s version! Luckily, lately he has a lot of songs composed especially for his phenomenal voice, he has his own concerts (amazing concerts!) and he doesn't participate in competitions anymore, so he doesn't have to do covers or prove anything to others!

More and more Dimash please and if you need a change please go for the young rising stars like Diana Andukinova or Danilyea from Khazakstan (Dimash introduced her as the future of Khazakstan) and Hua Chenya - i'm sure I got the name spelling wrong but there's several of these refreshing new singers that are like Dimash changing the way we think about music and our appreciation of the art
