    Considering on one release is in 2 months, Where UAT(User Acceptance Testing) should be put in such scenario, if you could please tell me.

      @izenbridge  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The general idea is the sooner we can do UAT for the developed part the better it is since we are having less risk for future, ideally i should be able to get part of feedback every week, but if that is not fully possible, you take the best possible, in worse case, you do UAT at the end, but in that case you have risk of rework since user are looking at work of 2 months and any change can create rework on your 2 month old work.

      @@izenbridge Thanks, I see could you also tell me some constraints related to other testing before UAT execution. Considering I want to do UAT inside sprints once feature/story is developed by relevant scrum team.

      @@sumitkhudaniya8592 from scrum way of working no constraint, the more testing you can bring early the better it is.

    Thanks Saket for the great explanation. Can we claim PDUs for this session on PMI site? If so how many and what key word should be searched?

      We do various PDUs oriented events , you can find details by joining oguild.com
      You can record any video for PDU as self learning, see details of applying for PDUs in this blog:

    We currently using waterfall methodology and now little by little transition into agile. We start on new project but is this applicable on old project? Also what tools should we need to learn? And it is true that agile tester now allow to multitask like on waterfall?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      In my view agile is about doing small cycles of developments and mostly in timeboxed manner, you can do it on old projects as well. I advice take a basic agile education program to get a jump start in it, i recommend doing CSM from Scrum Alliance if not done already, We do run this session www.izenbridge.com/certified-scrum-master/

      @@izenbridge i have attended an interview where the interviewer said they have been practising scrum@scale. That’s the first time I heard of it. I think as organisations are moving towards agile scaling, they are considering all these scaling techniques (like SAFe, scrum of scrums etc) and as Agile coaches we need to be aware of these in my opinion when we play the role of consultants. I did my research but it wasn’t effective so I am seeking your help.
