Today, we're delighted to share with you the making of a special dish: Paramannam, also known as Bellam Payasam. This traditional recipe holds a special place in Andhra Pradesh's culinary heritage, often prepared during festivals and auspicious occasions. With just a handful of ingredients like jaggery, cow milk, rice, and ghee, my mom crafts this delectable treat, while my dad lends a helping hand. It's a family affair!
After preparing the Paramannam, my dad takes a portion to offer at the Lord Venkateswara temple in our village-a gesture of gratitude and devotion.
