Interesting side note about Archie with the Oilers....Bruce Matthews was a rookie offensive lineman for Archie who later played on the offensive line blocking for Peyton in the pro bowl.
Wow. That is interesting. Archie's most memorable performance as a Viking was in a Thursday night game against the Redskins. He came in as the relief QB and threw two, 4th down touchdowns to make it less of a blowout. I remember Joe Theismann ran across the field after the game to shake his hand.
Don't you remember? Bum became the Saints' head coach when Bud Adams fired him from the Oiler's job. He brought over so many of his ex-players that people called the Saints "the Oiler's east". It was Bum who drafted George Rogers ahead of Lawrence Taylor. Wade Phillips coached his very first game as interim head coach of the Saints when Bum was fired with four games left.
Holy shit....that's a hell of an idea!!! Coaches!!! First one that comes to mind is George Seifert and all those years with the 49ers as both an assistant and as head coach, but people forget that he finished his coaching career with a putrid 1-15 record as the Panthers head coach. Mike Ditka with the Saints.....
No, he brought Earl over. Archie was already a Saint, and Bum traded him to Houston.
I was at that Vick game, I remember going crazy when bell ran the TD in and gay got the pick six
What about Tony Gonzales he first played with the Chiefs then moved on to the falcons
Dang, I knew about some of these, but I did not know Eric Dickerson, of all people, played for the Raiders.
Or Rod Woodson. Or Jerry Rice. In fact, I didn't know a lot of legends played for the Raiders out of their prime.
Still a great video.
You should do a video about what teams drafted some stars.
Unitas/Pittsburgh, Favre/Atlanta, Rison & Elway/Indy, Bo & Young/Tampa, etc...
sixburgh64ss Don’t forget about the whole Philip Rivers Eli Manning tobacle
Yeah, I was thinking more old school first that a lot may not know about.
There are tons of examples, why I think it would make for a good video.
Will Win - *Debacle
U should try and do it maybe it would come out nice
I remember Vick in that chargers game when he was a steeler I was on the same side bell scored the last minute td for the win
10 years from now: remember that one weird year where Tom Brady suited up for the Detroit Lions?
Or
Remember that year where Lamar Jackson signed with the Redskins but played 3 minutes before retiring
GILx87 this aged well
Or buc?
More: Phil Villapiano with the Buffalo Bills. Dave Casper followed Stabler to Houston. Bubba Smith as a Raider. Joe Kapp as a Patriot...
What about Kerry Collins he played like 8 games for the saints!!!!
And one pre-season game for the Colts in 2011
Great video! Some others are Drew Bledsoe to Dallas, Jeremy Shockey to Carolina, Matt Hasselbeck to Indianapolis, Archie Manning to Minnesota and Oilers, Osi Ummenyiora to Atlanta, Plaxico Burress to the jets and Steelers (2nd stint) Darrell’s Revis to the Bucs and Jets (2nd stint) and just for kicks, Donovan Mcnabb to Redskins and Vikings
6:12 yet another let down in a very long list of Falcons disappointments
Brett Farve looked pretty good in a Vikings uniform tbh
Great video but Jeff Saturday was ass the year he made the Pro Bowl with the Packers. Votes were totally made just based on his name.
Y’all nailed that exit line
You left out Drew Bledsoe, he left the Patriots for the Bills and the Cowboys.
I was just thinking that. They don't have him on here, but they put Ricky Williams on it.....go figure
It didn't seem odd at all.
That last picture of emmitt and Jerry in them jerseys..... still speechless!
How bout Richard Dent as a 49er in 1994?
Also Chris Doleman as a Falcon and 49er.
1/2 that team could've been in this video.
Former Redskin Charles Mann was also on that 49ers team in 1994 and Chris dolman played for the 49ers from 1995-1998 and Ricky jackson long time new orleans saints was I'm the 49ers in 1994-1995. Gray clark long time redskins, played for the Cardinals and dolphins.
Donald Villella R.I.P. Chris Doleman
The Tomlinson one still hurts as a charger fan
You should add Antonio Brown to the list after he retires
He still will probably play 5 years there so
@@Jdwg90 this comment didn't age well haha
Jesse Handel he will probably play 5 years there
@@Jdwg90 lol bellicheck won't take his diva antics he will be gone by the end of the season
@@Jdwg90 your comment didn't age well again lol dumbass
Hey man that was an awesome video. You're absolutely right. It's just crazy seeing some of these
Jason Taylor Dolphins then Jets
He finished with the Dolphins (third stint), so thats probably why he's not on here
LOL! The announcer during Favre's INT against the Saints LOL! Man, he sounded disgusted at Favre LOL!
Did y’all know Jim McMahon played for the Eagles?
Packers too
And Cardinals.
Jim McMahon played for half the NFL. Don't forget his stint on the Browns.
It's so weird watching this as a kid born in the 90s, I ONLY remember these versions of a lot of guys (Rice on the Raiders, Smith on the Cardinals, Brown on the Bucs) because I was never around for their careers before
Brian Dawkins didn’t belong on the Broncos
Zach Wish he stayed for just one more season, Denver could have won the chip in 12’
4:45 WHY DID YOU THROW THAT lol and the announcer was so pissed ahaha he went off on brett
it still remains weird to see emmitt as a cardinal
Holt spent a yr in NE, Rice was in training camp with broncos...dont forget that Unitus started out in PITT training camp before getting cut...rod Woodson also won a ring starting for the ravens, while playing in one as a starter for the raiders too....
