📜 INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
▢1 2 lbs chicken wings Drumsticks and flats only.
FOR THE DRY RUB
▢½ teaspoon salt
▢½ teaspoon paprika
▢½ teaspoon black pepper
▢½ teaspoon garlic powder
▢½ tablespoon all-purpose flour
▢¼ teaspoon baking powder
▢1 tablespoon olive oil
FOR THE PARMESAN SAUCE
▢¼ cup melted unsalted butter
▢½ teaspoon garlic powder
▢½ teaspoon black pepper
▢1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
📖 INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the wings and properly dry them with kitchen paper. Place the wings in a large bowl.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the wings. In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients and add them to the wings.
Rub the spices with the wings, make sure it coats all the wings. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Turn on the air fryer, 180C/350F. air fry the wings in batches depending on how big your air fryer is.
Air fry for 8 minutes, flip the wings and air fry for another 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix all the parmesan sauce ingredients until combined. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss.
