I am a longtime photoshop user and think your videos are terrific. Rotate the clone stamp tool - saving me hours of work thank you. Your videos are great in clarity of presentation, thoroughness and clarity of demonstration. A+++++
I have used photoshop for years and considered myself very knowledgeable in it, but every time i watch your video, it seem like i’m still a beginner. I always learn new things with your videos.
The clone stamp tool is probably one of the most used by anyone doing virtual photography in virtual worlds such as Second Life, like myself. You run into so many issues where 3D meshes/models and textures will intersect--cause "clipping". So it's often part of the process to clean it up.
@@scotthannan8669 - Pretty much. There are certain communities especially on Flickr, and there is a virtual photography category for it. There was especially a new surge of users with the pandemic. But the company behind it, Linden Lab, are also investing in a mobile app too--as well as various other things in a push to make things easier, and more accessible--and I guess bring more people in.
I use this tool often and it makes my work easy. Someone need it or someone don't it's only difference...Its totally depend upon your work type...thanks for great video as always Unmesh sir
From this video I learned some things I didn't know about the Clone Tool. And as a bonus, we got a new memorable quote: "Grand-daddy still has game." I'll repeat that to myself every time I grab the Clone Tool. Thank you for making me fall in love with the Clone Tool all over again.
I never realized you could rotate the clone stamp tool! 🤦♀️ There have been so many times when I need to rotate so I just copy/paste and rotate it instead. I'm so excited to know this now!
I want to tell you my previous work space was so astonished by your work we introduced a biweekly session for graphic design tips- and your videos are usually within.
Reason 3: working across documents is so powerful for photo collage and compositing and I don’t know of any other tool or workflow that can handle it as quickly or effectively as Clone Daddy.
I must express my admiration for the thumbnail you have crafted for this video. It exudes a captivating allure. I cannot help but wonder if you harnessed the power of AI to manifest such a remarkable creation
It's the little things like selecting overlay that help me. I never use it. I only use normal and learned to select screen when adding rain or snow in a video or animation. Of course It's also better to clone details at less than 100% and build it up. There are always 5 ways to do something in Photoshop.
Hi Unmesh. I'm Charles from the Philippines. I really appreciate all your video tutorials in Photoshop. It really helped me learn a lot of things in editing photos. Thanks a lot! But may I ask if you can do tutorials on Adobe Illustrator as well? It will mean the world to me. Thanks again!
I stopped used the clone stamp when I discovered the Spot Removal tool to fix errors to make corrections faster on facial issues. And since I started using Beta I replaced the Spot Removal for the Spot Healing tool. It's a musical chairs game every few months. But with Midjourney, I ended going back to the Clone Stamp tool to correct those 'extra fingers' the AI makes, especially the one replicated the most, the finger in between the pinky and the middle one. Please consider making a how-to correct AI extra fingers video, it's difficult to remove and match the extra knuckles spacing when correcting fingers with the clone stamp tool.
Use stable diffusion and run the badhands negative prompts. Wait… it doesn’t work all the time. No programs can really do hands right all the time. Maybe SDXL will be more accurate
All your videos are very informative and useful. Question. Is there a photoshop version that doesn't a have a subscription fee, but is an one time pay?
In high-end retouching clone stamp is still the most used tool. The other automated tools are good for quick and dirty jobs but when you have to render texture and feel in different resolutions nothing else will do. The content aware fill tool provided minutes of entertainment and enjoyment but it's still pretty useless. Even the good old healing patch and stamp tools work only part of the time. They leave artifacts that have to be cleaned up.
Regarding Reason 1, Attached Objects, couldn’t you first use the Quick Selection tool, invert the selection, and then use the Remove tool, without needing the Clone Stamp tool?
Thanks! Great tricks I can use. I'm on a PC, when i hold alt-shift-bracket, it just bonks the bell. Alt-shift_ arrow keys will move the preview. What am I missing?
Hi sir I am big fan of your...I have a question Mera pass itna money nehi photoshoot buy krne ke liye to koi trika he he ...Jo Naya Photoshop use krne ka
I mesh, thank you for your great videos. I use photoshop every so often and your educational videos always help. May I ask…I forget the correct term, but there is a way to remove the white portions of a layer (makes the white transparent) leaving only the black line drawings…and I forgot how to do that. Can you please refresh my memory with the term of that feature and how exactly I can do it?
Hi boss, big fan here. I tried my best but couldn't manage to rotate stamp tool as you described using (Alt) + (Shift) + (< , >) . Could you please help me? Thanks
Hi Unmesh. Thank you for all the tips. I was wondering if there were any tools or elements you have used to make the thumbnail of this video. It is very interesting and would love to see the process and learn. It is the coolest composite (in my humble opinion)!
Still cloning before ai and often Remove is not as predicable as Heal. Full time old photo restorer, we run mulilayers with clone at 20,50,80,100% adjusting softness

You are not alone
I've been using photoshop for 20 years and barely learned of the rotate trick. Always more to learn. Thank you!
Oh! I use the Clone Stamp tool a lot, and never knew I could rotate the sample! Superb tip! Thank you!

So people are still using second life you’re saying

I must say, thank you for getting the answer out of the way early. It shows that you care about the viewer and their time.

learnt so much in a short video using select ions is something I always forget about to protect an area
I love the clone stamp. I use it all the time. It always works when nothing else will. Halos with clone stamp blend mode for example.
Wow never knew about the rotating option for clone stamp tool
agree, sometines connecting lines are not fixed properly... dont know why sometimes it does work snd sometimes it does not.
I liked that keyboard short cut for changing the angle of the clone stamp tool… that was CHERRY!!!!
Reason 3: working across documents is so powerful for photo collage and compositing and I don’t know of any other tool or workflow that can handle it as quickly or effectively as Clone Daddy.
God, the way you speak/convey the information amazed me every time! You can be a great teacher.
You're killing it with your comedy (and facts) these days! 🤣

Honestly I love the clone stamp tool it saves me time and with the new ai option not doin its job most of the time I always use this tool!
You're such a gem Unmesh. Thank you so much and to your team.

No matter how much I know, I'm always learning from you. Thanks. Waiting for more of your incisive tutes on AI generative art.
Wow.... NEVER knew you could rotate the clone stamp. A thousand projects that could've been a bit easier just flashed through my mind lol
This is now my favourite channel
Excellent tips. You are well done. Please tell us more about the "Smart Sharpen" filter.

Your teaching is superb, you are so clever and knowledegable, its so refreshing watching your videos. Interestingly what do i get if i join?
I frequently use the clone stamp tool, for some of the very reasons you demonstrated.
Nice tip! I use clone a lot, but this is going to be useful in my bag of tricks. Thanks.
You are my guru

When doing art needs actual skill 🤔
Use stable diffusion and run the badhands negative prompts.
Wait… it doesn’t work all the time. No programs can really do hands right all the time. Maybe SDXL will be more accurate
We need a new tool in Photoshop, the Orthopedic doctor removal stamp for extra fingers created in AI.
For my art I take a photograph of a real hand at the correct lighting and blend it in.
😍😍😍You are a best teacher than GFX Mentor, Dansky I already knew the stamp Tool command✨
Interesting... Reason 5 Method is new to me. I didn't know that shortcut is existed. Thanks for the tip!! ⚡
Photoshop Creators- Even we didn't know this.

Ahh one of those which contain the little tricks and hints. Thanks!

Love you brother... you are amazing... you helped me improved my photoshp skills
Why not use the history brush to revive the old areas you don't want changed? Thoughts?

OMG, that little slip-in about politicians made me howl! 😂😂

It doesn’t work at the moment of writing this comment. Check out our other video on Remove Tool where we did.
Hi sir! I really loved you're videos! Can you make a video on how to to restore old photos? hehe, Thanks a lot sir!

@@MsPakito16 Thanks, but those are the keys I was using

I would like to ask if you record and edit videos yourself or do you have someone to help you edit and make TH-cam videos to make a lot of money?
You are a king Umesh
but this can be easily addressed by future version of firefly isnt ? like "fix the halo in the image" prompt ?
bruh, that's very helpful & informative video...

I need to clone stamp Umesh's Photoshop skills 😉😁
Hi sir I am big fan of your...I have a question Mera pass itna money nehi photoshoot buy krne ke liye to koi trika he he ...Jo Naya Photoshop use krne ka
I tried to use generative fill on an insect eye and apparently " fly compound eye", breaks the guidelines???? I used the clone stamp instead.

I use it for everything, i hope they dont remove it because i use it. How do you find out if they will remove it? This is ridiculous
Is there another way to rotate the brush? I have windows and it wont let me...
From which version Remove tool introduced?
Thank you for video
Thanks!
Love the clone stamp grand daddy.
