I love how much detail was put into the cutscenes, the little doom gauntlet minions when he destroyed the hearts even got teleported. Such a nice touch
The emotions from Clank in this one really got to me. Being separated from Ratchet, feeling responsible for the rifts - my little robot was so depressed. I wanted to hug him so badly.

@@redhoodplayz3055 I just make the assumption that all of this is outside of ratchets dimension and happens after into the nexus which eliminates a lot of the confusion. I also assume that the dimensionator spoken about in the archives belongs to Kaden from Rivet’s reality. It’s a bit of a headcanon but it makes the most sense to me personally
Got this game with my ps5 and didn't expect to like has never played any of the others but damn this is such a good game and looks phenomenal and plays so good. Can't wait to start returnal after finishing this
the game is limited to that, it's not insonmiac's fault, because the game is platform, the gameplay despite being the same, was improved, it's not like GTA, and water stages would be slow.
Appriciated for the good gameplay, seeking every detail of maps cured my obsession but pickin "overcharge" for bolts broke my heart deeply. I mean really ? even the stock bolts suits better to universe...
Ok so a lifetime ratchet fan here, the 2016 ratchet more or less destroys the entire story, the humour is a lot more reliant on innuendos and slapstick which I personally prefer and ratchet is more of a “badass” if you will in the pre 2011 games. I recommend playing the remastered trilogy, tools of destruction, and a crack in time. Going commando and a crack in time are my 2 favourites personally. Unfortunately I can’t play this one because I can’t afford a ps5 and they won’t be in stock any time soon

But if you want to play the whole story which isn’t entirely necessary you play them in this order Ratchet and clank (2002) Ratchet and clank going commando Secret agent clank (totally unnecessary) Ratchet and clank up your Arsenal Ratchet deadlocked Ratchet and clank size matters (play on ppsspp or ps2) Ratchet and clank tools of destruction Ratchet and clank a crack in time Ratchet and clank all 4 one Ratchet and clank full frontal assault Ratchet and clank into the nexus I recommend 1,2,3, tools of destruction, and a crack in time personally
This game is a legendary game for PlayStation, only to have the latest new game available for PS5, which is hard for fans to get hold of due to "pirates"(spammers) nabbing truckload to make a fortune, to where RAC fans have to wait to get hold or see what new concepts Sony will create, as rumored that they're planning PS6, to which they should make that backward compatibility for all five games formats including the main host.😉🇯🇲
Average playtime is slightly shorter than a crack in time if you run just the story in a crack in time. it’s longer than the 2016 reboot which I can clear glitch less in 4 hours. Still on the shorter end but it’s def the longest since a crack in time
this series has turned into all milk, no substance. ratchet will never find the lombaxes because it means insomniac has to come up with something new that doesn't run on nostalgia 3:59:10 pff
