    Rich, This one is to thank you for all your help during my process of moving to Walnut Creek CA, with the help of your videos, comments and emails, I was able to understand a little better the whole process of renting an apartment here. Now we living in a beautiful apartment near downtown Walnut Creek. Muchas Gracias !!!!!!

    I grew up in el Cerrito. 65F. Drive to walnut creek in summer 95F

    Great video sir! Any videos on Pleasant Hill CA? How does it compare to Walnut Creek in terms of things to do, housing costs?

      Pleasant Hill has a cute little downtown but it’s significantly smaller than Walnut Creek’s.

    I lived in walnut creek for about 7 months. I dont care for it, over priced, traffic congestion, no parking....

      Walnut Creek is probably the busiest city in central Contra Costa due to its shopping area, downtown businesses and two major hospitals in the city.
