Oh I hate that sound but at least when I hear it I know what it is. My friend once had this problem for a year then I couldn't stand it anymore and fixed it for him. He was grateful and it was pretty easy. Great Vid, very helpful for many.😉

I have the exact same issue. Did you change out the two blend door actuators? Or is it just one? Another video shows a trick about how to tell which blend door actuator is faulty. I just bought a used 2014 Dodge Avenger, don't know much about cars but I can't stand the insanely loud clicking whenever I start the car or turn up the AC.

@vvvios I could tell about the sound of the clicking which actuator was bad and I just changed out the one. To me, I could just tell which one was bad by where the noise was located in coming from.

@@Mr_Goody Oh yeah I just realized mine is definitely the one under/near the steering wheel. I might try to have my mechanic friend help me change it out!
