Everytime I rewatch these movies they still hold up it's crazy how good the choreography and singing was Kenny Ortega killed it
Zac Efron's singing was dubbed by actor and singer Drew Seeley in the first HSM but Zac himslrf dirs sing in the 2nd & 3rd films.

High school musical is an instant classic! I was in elementary school when it came out and was graduating 5th grade by the final movie. I was OBSESSED and this was everywhere when it came out! This was the birth of many of these stars careers. Zac didn't actually sing in this movie it was Drew Sealys voice but I always joke that Zac must've saw everyone's paycheck for singing and dancing because he came right on sounding fantastic for the 2nd and 3rd movie lol. You guys should watch hairspray if you haven't! loved the review as always!
I grew up with these movies, they hold a special place in my heart. Every time I watch the High School Musical Trilogy it brings me so much joy. I would love for you ladies to watch the full trilogy soon.

You guys definitely need to watch the second one it’s the best one in my opinion. It has good songs especially “I Don’t Dance”. The scene after “I Don’t Dance” with Chad and Ryan is also very interesting.

I watched this with my Uncle who was a Principal at the time and he loves musicals. I called him to turn it on to Disney Channel and he loves it. He has an autograph with the cast.
I watched this my sophomore year, the second one my junior year, and the final one my senior year. These films hold a special place in my heart, especially the second one.
While the first two High School Musical movies were Disney Channel Original Movies, they actually did _so_ well that the third movie got a theatrical release along with the budget increase that comes along with that.
You should watch the 2nd and 3rd one because in the 2nd one Ryan, Shapay brother goes through a big character development which he becomes my favourite character of this franchise and also the guy who like to bake is my favourite to.
Highly recommend The Iron Claw. My favorite movie with Zac Efron. His best performance in my opinion.

I'm amazed that I still remember all of the choreography for Get your Head in the Game and We're All In This Together after all these years...but then...I remember spending hours studying the choreo and specially the video of the actors teaching the last one 😅

Actually, Zac Efron said, that he hates his role in High school musical trilogy. I don't know, every big movie star starts somehow, but yeah. this is his opinion. why not. And I like Zac Efron and his movie. He is nice! i can recommend his new movies.👍🏻👍🏻
He literally just came out in an interview singing his songs from high school musical and said it was one of his most fun roles lmao. Where are you getting that he ever hated it. He said he hated his character Troy but never the movies themselves
