Perched on top of a hill, Elephant Beach House is a charming, secluded cottage at the end of a private road, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a fabulous, wide beach. It is perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple, or even two couples. The beach here is the most beautiful part of the beach in Guana Cay, with great snorkeling, swimming, beach combing and with walking distance to famous Nipper's Beach Bar along the beach. The cottage has approximately 700 square feet under AC, plus scenic wooden decks with colorful furniture and a barbeque for outdoor enjoyment. From the hammock in the thatched roof gazebo you can be thoroughly entertained, with the fun signs and crasy sayings all around in the gazebo, and stunning ocean views when you look around you. Spacious beach stairs with comfortable landings takes you down to the soft, powder sand beach that feels like your private beach. You may observe 10 people walk on the beach all day! The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, and toaster oven. The cottage features one bedroom in the main cottage with a queen sized bed, and a bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bedroom is in a separate unit, attached to the main cottage. It features a queen sized bed as well as water closet and an outdoor shower that overlooks the Sea of Abaco in the distance. The cottage is surrounded by a lush, tropical jungle. A golf cart is recommended (but not necessary if you like to walk) and can be rented on the island. The cottage has a backup diesel generator in case of power outages. The grocery store is a 10 minute walk away, and the settlement of Guana Cay and all the bars and restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. If you are looking for your own, secluded little getaway for your vacation, Elephant Beach House will not disappoint you.
