    You don't need to 'go in and copy the hex code'. The editor supports standard copy/paste operations over the color swatch of the nodes. Hover over the box, copy, place over the box of a different node, paste. Saves times.

    Well, this is visually good but I'm not sure if this is accurate. There must be a very low amount of gold in the metallic alloy to consider it accurate, but to be fair gold is generally used because he does not corrode easily, since his reaction with oxygen is very limited and depends greatly on the percentage of the added metal. If you turned the gold into copper this might be much more accurate I would say.
    Well nvm someone already pointed it out.

    • @the-mush

      @@goblinslayer6432 2d outline? maybe you have accidentally enable "Freestyle" (the 2d stroke effect renderer option you can find at the bottom of the render properties)? Also, when you say "a gray background", do you mean that you've set an environment texture for your background and it's not displaying on your renders?

      Regarding the 2d effect can u pls explain more?

    • @the-mush
      @the-mush 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@goblinslayer6432 Ok, now I think I understand your situation more; you simply have the default background and you are not seeing your models on the renders?
      For the 2d effect, look up "Freestyle". It's just a tool that tries to find edges on your render and draws strokes on top to simulate a cartoon or drawing effect. You'll notice if it's enable because it always draws the lines _after_ your render has finished all the "samples" (when it stops going from grainy to not-so-grainy). You can disable/enable it by going to Properties panel > Render Properties tab > check/uncheck the box right next to "Freestyle" near the bottom of the panel (you might need to scroll down to see it).
      Now that I think of it... when you say "dark outlines" do you mean that you only see "dark lines" where the objects should be (sort of like a "wireframe" view); or that you see "dark silhouettes", that is, solid objects but just way darker than what you see in the 3d viewport?
