Led He-pplin was born in Birmingham UK in 1948. He-pplin then moved to NYC and changed his name to He Purple and became a transvestite.

The whole band was elite but if you’re into drums, John Bonham was the best to ever do it. Start with LZ II and choose your adventure after that, fam

Led Zeppelin only tells a musical story so the best strategy would be to start with earlier albums and songs and work on to their later stuff. Their musical growth is pretty stunning.

Just feel the music, enjoy it or not....Stay yourself, it will be the best way....With Pink Floyd, it's different, because, they were making concept albums, like "THE WALL", with that kind of concept albums, it's, really, important to listen to the song in the right order, because, it's like a story, a book, a movie! In a movie, you can't watch the end before the beginning, right?!... It's the same with the album THE WALL, or DARK SIDE OF THE MOON, OR ANIMALS, from PINK FLOYD! They're telling a story, they're building their albums like a theater play, a movie! But, basically, with Led Zep, Hendrix, no need to follow the order, of the songs! Everything is magic! Jump into the rabbit hole, and enjoy....Peace from France bro😅✌️👍

You should follow up with Playing For Change. They cover this with John Paul Jones (the bassist for Led Zeppelin). It's a FIRE cover of this song. They have various artist playing around the world at the same time. It's an AMAZING cover of this song. And it's great to see JPJ still playing!!!

Go album by album. This is how we listened in the day. Albums were more cohesive and themed back then.

This is a cover of a song from the 1920’s about the great flood in Mississippi which led to a large portion of the population moving to Chicago.

Yeah, I used to jam with Led, he's awesome. And I'd recommend starting at LZ 10 and working your way backwards.

I'm in agreement that starting with Zeppelin 1 and moving forward would be the best way to experience the dynamic growth of the band. You've got Robert Plant on vocals and harmonica, Jimmy Page on lead guitar, John Paul Jones on bass, and keeping it all together on drums is the epic and legendary John Bonham.

"He?" You mean "they." They're four of the greatest musicians ever. Jimmy Page, lead guitar; Robert Plant, vocals, John Paul Jones, bass and keys, John Bonham, drums. They're definitely a unit. This album is a compilation, not a true studio album. You might want to start with Led Zeppelin I, then II, III, IV and so on. And don't forget Physical Graffiti (album).

Mothership is a greatest hits album so you don't need to stick to order, Recommend you start at the beginning with the Led Zeppelin 1 album then go track by track, you'll see the bands progression as you to move to Led Zep 2 and so on, really worth it. Good job man
