I really appreciate your videos! When I was getting into this profession I watched your videos (especially on the planner) it really helped me feel connected. I am a middle school counselor and started my first year as the only counselor in the building so I had a lot of learning to do! I am also reading the MI book right now! Any tips on implementing as I head back in, in August?
