The music you heard was a patriotic song of India called 'Saare jahan se acha' that's why it is played loud n clear. The song got its name from the phrase which Rakesh Sharma, an Indian astronaut, told the then prime minister of India, Mrs. Indira Gandhi, that how does our India looks like from the space to which he replied 'Saare jahan se acha, Hindustan hamara' which later was put into a song.
Also during his speech you can hear 'Vande Mataram' which is also one of the national songs of India.
