@@lingoniFRENCH It's an ongoing problem, I have tried several times to buy and tried to solve this with support. Support was very helpful and forwarded it to the techs but they didn't fix it now weeks later. I will try to get an invoice from support to purchase directly, as you are really missing out on sales which I tried to fix with lingoni to no luck.
I will still try to purchase the lifetime subscription somehow as I am convinced about the quality of learning and that's the end goal, learn to read, write and speak French.
I know this is out of your control Alicia, so I'll try to fix this with support once again.
