Well you're not wrong at all. In the movie when the military first attacked Shin Godzilla with their weapons and artillery including missiles Shin didn't even flinch and he acted as if he didn't even feel it even when they shot him in the face.

I feel like Shin Godzilla's beam would go straight through Mecha Godzilla's since it's thin and It looks like it has a whole lot of force. Since Shin's beam is basically made of fire. It should be able to slowly but surely burn through it
Another thing too, imo, Mecha G eyes should have been blue to show that he's still under Human control. Not Gidorah's.

Wouldn't this just be a interesting fight? Both of them are creations of man. One by negligence and recklessness and the other by design with malicious intent. And here they are, the follies of man, battling it out. This is of course if it was Shin Godzilla vs 2021 Mechagodzilla.
But if Mechagodzilla ever got introduced into the Shin Godzilla universe. Imo, I think it'd be interesting to have Mechagodzilla be represented as the opposite of Shin. Let Mecha G symbolize what happens when mankind comes together as a whole to overcome threats and obstacles. Then it would be the Folly of Man vs Man's greatest accomplishments. Damnation and Fate vs Hope and defiance.

There are actually three reasons why he could win however it would depend on when they met that if he met shin Godzilla write as soon as he got into his fourth form or anywhere before his fourth form mechagodzilla would probably wouldn'tbut once shin Godzilla starts using his atomic breath for the second time he's actually slightly evolved at that pointand it's not only capable of using the nuclear laser without shutting down but also is capable of regenerating from anything bigger than a dorsal plate and then there's the fact that after being torn two bits shin Godzilla within begin to regrow an evolved to everything mechagodzilla through at him and seeing that he overcompensated and went over kill for the humans he would possibly even do the same for mechagodzilla making Overkill overpowered weapons to fight himso if mechagodzilla took him out before he reached his fourth form mechagodzilla probably win but once he reaches that form mechagodzilla would win the first fight but then in the second fight shin Godzilla would just kill him
well technically speaking shin could beat legendary unless of legendary went Thermo Godzilla and/or took him all out and one hit or got him before he reaches fourth form and it would be a similar situation legendary would just tear him to bits those bits would grow back and then evolve into something that could kill legendary honestly though it does sound like that other than the fact that he looks like Godzilla he would basically make the perfect destroyah to go up against Godzilla considering that he would only be able to be beaten by something on burning Godzilla's level of destruction not that legendary couldn't kill him by blowing up every single piece of him using the atomic breath but considering how he fought creatures like that she knew Maura from Godzilla Awakening where he kept on leaving pieces behind that kept on growing back Godzilla would win the first few rounds just like mechagodzilla could but then once shin grew back an evolved legendary would be done fortrust me they made shin super overpowered the only real weakness that he has is that is evolution of slow but even then there have been signs that his evolution speeds up in battle and has the ability to speed up on its own considering it took him sixty years to go from micro bacteria to his first form then suddenly it just took him a couple weeks to get into his fourth form which is a jump up in speed even if it is slow
Plus legendary Godzilla could beat meca Godzilla but we could debate that next

the beginning surprised me when they said to tell apex to "send their tin can" and than that made me think about what if mecha godzilla had been a success like in this animation, i also had an idea in my mind of what if mecha godzilla when he 1st got hit with charged axe ran off and escaped death, i mean kevin is very smart (i hope) so he might have tried to escape if he had time but back to the point the beginning also made me realize mecha godzilla was the good guy and shin godzilla was the bad guy in this animation

I think the funniest part of a video like this is, if you’re a Shin Godzilla fan, you’d probably want him to die along with the people rooting against him. Poor guy’s life is absolute suffering. Also, great animation! I thoroughly enjoyed it!
