      @@rajamubashir217 looks like you both and the guy who posted this video have an issue with motor rotation direction that's why it didn't start every time he switch it on. Could be starting capacitor issue

    Check te Foster plug that you put in the hose, some times they are little smaller than they should and don't seal the air, never overfill the oil reservoir, oil excess could go up to the Pistons, and oil can't be compressed, causing damage to the seals

    There are so many pumps out there now from China 🇨🇳 but I’m hesitant to buy one because if it doesn’t work, what do I do????

      I felt the exact same way. The customer support (at least from my experience) is just about worthless, so you're pretty much on your own if you purchase one. I just didn't want to spend $1,200 (or more plus taxes) on something more local. Return shipping charges would be incredibly expensive as well. Definitely rolling the dice in this space.

      Order from Amazon...if it doesn't work, they will allow you to ship it back and refund your money.

      I followed up shortly after this video with what eventually worked for me (too long ago to remember at this moment), so if you search my channel for around the same time 5 years ago you'll find it.

    I feel your pain as I needed a replacement module which was only held in by the rear handle screw. I installed the module (wasn't easy) and the unit ran but I haven't fully tested it yet.

    Did you over fill the oil? If not wrong the oil was over not exact level to its indicator...

    • @ReLoadersBench
      @ReLoadersBench  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wasn't an oil issue as you see in follow on videos when I got it working. Have since changed the oil multiple times and keep it at the indicator level as well.

      What is the recommended oil for this type of compressor? I am trying to look also to the yong heng...using hand pump to a .5 liters bottle is a hard workout...

      melissa patnugot - I use AW-46 hydrolic oil in my cpmpressor

  • @3ziz1981
    @3ziz1981 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I suspect that your motor have bad starting capacitor then it rotates the wrong direction that's why you have no pressure

  • @pablowin07

    That oil you recommend me for compresor.. ?

    • @ReLoadersBench
      @ReLoadersBench  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      After watching other videos (as the included instructions do not specify any particular oil), I went with AW 46 Hydraulic Oil. Haven't had any issues and I change the oil once it gets dark.

    Your second stage piston seal is leaking, this is the high pressure side not the main piston which is low pressure.

      Can you please mention the place of the part which this seal you are saying to be charged. My compressor is working well but no high pressure only 100 bars at last

    Mines not building enough pressure to refill the gun

  • @Lildunk790
    @Lildunk790 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It will build pressure if you put the test plug in. Takes a few minutes

    • @ReLoadersBench
      @ReLoadersBench  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Uh...no it didn't as I tried that multiple times. Needle never moved beyond zero essentially. When it's functioning, as you'd see in my subsequent vids, once the test plug is plugged in, the needle jumps quite fast to 1000psi. Only takes seconds, not minutes to build pressure (once working correctly) with the test plug in.

      I know this video is pretty old but what ever came of it did you figure out the problem I am having the same exact issue I just replaced the high pressure sealing rings and I saw a bunch of shavings so I went a little bit deeper and it seems to me that the crank arm isn't gripping the shaft of the motor what the Piston sleeve off I could reach down in grab the crank arm and slide it to the very end of the shaft only thing holding the crank arm in place is the cylinder itself going to pop the front cover off and do some more inspection my assumption is the Pistons aren't moving up and down at the speed they should if at all my advice to anybody else who watches this video if you have problems with your compressor do not try to fix it yourself send it back for a new one nine times out of 10 they don't even ask you to return the old one they just send you a new one they do not want bad reviews and if they offer to send you replacement parts do not except you'll just be chasing your tail trying to fix one problem after the other and on top of that it void your warranty even though they gave you the parts thank you for making this video by the way

    Tuxing does not warranty there compressors no matter what they tell you. I have a brand new one 10 sec on it before the motor winding burned.
    After E-mailing countless times not one reply. Good luck if you purchase one.

    Bought one of the two cylinder ones, it was a complete waste of money, just been one gigantic TURD. Inferior materials all over and designed to break down.

    • @ReLoadersBench
      @ReLoadersBench  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly why I purchased mine through Amazon...so there wouldn't be any issues/hassles with returning a turd. I guess I got lucky with mine, still working 3+ yrs later. Good luck with yours.
