Loquats: making jam, dry fruits, and liquor

Hello, there. Did you taste the loquats from this year? We are lucky enough to have two big loquat trees by our apartment, so we harvested a lot of fruits - although Ricardo got hit by the falling loquats several times, 😂😂😊. I've been trying to figure out what these fruits recalled all my life I remember when I was little and so many people were still alive this fruit used to grow in the front of my aunt Mona's I used to love eating them so much
