Also I attend a baptist church now day's and there is 1 female pastor in our church (kids ministry) The head pastor and senior pastors are males though. So I think it depends on the denomination. I dont think that the Catholic church allow it? Also I think a Reverend might be slightly different to a pastor or Minister?
