I don't think that most people know how much work it takes to record this the way you do. Do you have seperate cameras for recording or do you keep moving the same one around?
A smart person would have multiple cameras… I move the one camera around 😅

One rule question tho. It says on page 6:"Roll the scheme dice for each type of Schemer *with a figure currently on the map*.
So from room 1 to room 2 you made your crawl harder for yourself i think :)
And I think I was also erroneously adding their initiative tokens to the bag. Whoops!

How is this like Runebound? Runebound is more akin to Talisman than this.
I usually divide games into the large categories of Adventure game (zoomed out overland travel, like Runebound, 7th Continent, Tainted Grail) and Crawlers (zoomed in space-based movement like Gloomhaven, this game, sword and sorcery).
Of course many games blend the two :)
Does the epic die symbol on dice not also count as a hit as well as chance to get an epic die?
It is 1 hit and also 1 epic symbol, yes
So Mike, what other games do you like that feature exploding dice?
Sadler brother games are the first ones that come to mind: street masters, altar quest, etc

I don't have my rulebook in front of me, but doesn't the fauna's "big bad" ability mean it receives 1 less debuff token when debuffed, meaning the beer goat's weaken 1 is actually weaken 0 on them?
Didn't I put a corrective note saying that in the video? But yes, you are correct, and I realize it about halfway through and fix it afterwards.

This game looks fun. I do, however, wish they wouldn't have printed the enemy cards on the maps, and instead gave us cards. Cards would allow for an easier time making custom scenarios.
Well here's the thing - enemy stats and behaviors change in major ways from scenario to scenario. The behavior and stat line of a slime in one scenario might be totally different in the next one. So there wouldn't be one enemy stat card per enemy type in any case.
And besides, there's nothing to stop you from making your own enemy cards if you make custom scenarios, right? :)

Depends on the difficulty level you play on, of course, but it can get fairly challenging. Not melt your brain challenging, but tough
