This one has recently gotten some attention on TikTok (according to Rivers Cuomo, I don't use TikTok). I checked and a lot of the TikToks are sped up or slowed down. I’m going off of the original. It’s somewhere in between Eb and Standard guitar tuning.
Apparently it's been played live at some of the Hella Mega shows in Europe.
