Hello! Thanks so much for all the useful information, I have a question that maybe you or any of the commenters can answer. I’m applying this cycle and I took a&p 9 years ago. I’m only applying to schools that allow a 10 year time frame for prereq classes. I plan on retaking the class this summer to have it be more current, after I submit my application in the spring. Some schools require that all your prereqs are met before submitting application. My question is, can I tailor my application for each school I apply to in CASPA? For example, can I say that I “plan on retaking A&P class” with the schools that allow a outstanding prereq and with the schools that don’t allow an outstanding prereq I just use the a&p class that I took 9 years ago? Is that allowed or will saying that I plan to retaking a&p in the summer automatically count it for all schools and therefore disqualifying me from schools that require all prereqs to be met before submitting an application?
@@thurgasivaruban2511 I would improve by finding a profession that you are truly passionate for. Not brainwashed by the prestige and money. Most PA schools only accept a certain race, and sprinkle a couple of minorities here and there. The numbers year after year do not lie.
Is that so?😅 well idk where ur from but in the UK majority of the PA students and people I personally know are from different ethnicity backgrounds … sure some of the girls in the video gave rehearsed answers I’ll agree with that- but how can you insinuate people aren’t passionate about becoming a PA? It’s a new profession and it’s for those who want to practise medicine, want patient interaction but dont want to go through the mbbs route (which I would agree is flawed highly btw) ‘Caring for others’ is somehow being brainwashed 😂🙏🏽 ok then..beats sitting behind a desk all day any time 🔥
Also PAs don’t even get paid half as much as other professions - even TH-camrs get paid more so it’s nothing to do with money, secondly if it’s to do with prestige I reckon being a doctor would be more ideal - PAs don’t even get that much recognition 😂
