If you absolutely need his scoring punch, you bring him here off the bench, but you keep Tyler and move Terry. And before anybody complains about Tyler‘s injury history, he made it into the postseason last year. He won us a game against the champs by himself and without anyone getting helping with ball gravity. What do you think happens to players in their mid 30s? They tend to get injured and take longer to recover. Although he’s been fairly durable, Derozan would have to come off the bench and you don’t salary dump a more talented player who is a starter for that.
Sorry Hero is a horrible defender and Derozen has that mid range game like Wade and he is more consistent. He averages 24 points. Hero is fools man gold . He stats look good but he is not a difference maker . Look at the year they got hurt and they went to the Finals. They should have kept Gabe traded Hero salary

It's time to go to rebuild and tank. Trade Jimmy and get 3-4 first round picks, clear cap space, and next summer draft and free agency is great. Spurs, OKC, and other teams could could offer 4-5 first round pick. You add Duncan, Herro or Terry clear the books. The Heat do bad for this season but you get 2025 first round pick back if its a lotter pick. You have an amazing young core, Jaime, Jovic, Pelle, Keshad, Kel'el Ware, and Bam. You have a chance to get Lauri and/or Fox next summer.

I’m just frustrated with the Heat front office. They are running it back AGAIN. It’s like making a dish you made very very well a few years back, but no just trying to make the same dish with cheaper quality ingredients and the flavor is fading with every season. In my assessment, as much as Herro is a better scorer than Caleb, Herro has shown he is still a defensive liability. Duncan Robinson has developed better defensively than Herro, which I why I will keep Duncan over Herro. To compete with the teams at the top of the East, you need two way players. Herro is not that, and is developing too slowly towards that.

Miami not going to sign nobody else but the same players they have now. Miami just throwing away money out to the players we have now and they can’t get to the next level.
