Get her favourite treat and if you have to force it over her head right away giving her the treat. Take it off and do it again and again. I wouldn't even bother with the rest of the steps until she looks forward to putting her head through... that is if that's what you're going for. Her to be very comfortable and volunteer to get in her harness... after she's good with that, add the next step before giving the treat, and on and on... Cats can be trained like dogs but take a lot longer to achieve results, therefore requiring lots of patience. Its (in my opinion) really soooo rewarding when you accomplish the goal though. Much more than with canines.
I just say my kitty: "we go" (in Hungarian) and he immediately ready to walk. By the way, we have to avoid this phrase in our conversation with my husband, that our kitty not to think we are going to walk. :)

Bocs, most vettem észre, hogy írtál. Nem tudok nyuszis videót csinálni, mert nincs nyuszim. De az a trükkje, hogy kiskorában kell hozzászoktatni. Én a macsekot 2 hónaposan hoztam ki a menhelyről, és rögtön ráadtam a hámot és levittem. A hám otthon gyakran is rajta volt, hogy szokja.
