For example, heavy rider research get 15% hp, if I reset it and research it again, will I get 15%hp more hp ? Or just only to get specialization points? What will happen if I reset it and not research it at once? Will the first time research buff gone ? Decrease to zero ? Or the first time buff will remain as it was ?
You won't double the bonus. You just get more lofty levels. More levels means that you can get more stats on the skills three. You must research all at once, because if you don't they don't gonna be at those same time and you won't be able to reset them the same day. If you don't research the cooldown stays at 0

You can't reset it so often, you need to wait the end of the cooldown. It depends of your level. More level you are sooner you can reset it
