Man, WRW still has it. My grandma and I both watched him in the 90s on ABC and I still think it’s amazing to watch him bowl at such a high level all these years later. Truly remarkable! Walter Ray was always my favorite. Grandma loved him best too. Truly remarkable seeing this performance.
WRWJr. vs. Rudy Revs... two legends for a chance at the championship. One the GOAT, the other a bowling legend from near where I grew up in NJ. I really enjoyed this, thanks for posting it.
That right lane was giving fits all game long. Nice to see you and Rudy using the Del Balard shot on the right lane. Playing the edge gives me heart problems. Nice bowling.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Rudy from Hicksville, New York? Whoa! Hadn’t seen Rudy revs since 1999 at Bryant Park with Eric Forkel & John Mazza! The last time I saw him bowl was an outdoor park on 6th Avenue between East 42nd Street & on East 41st Street & it was live on CBS Sports while Marshall Holman was on play-by-play. Walter, we Yorkers remember him from the High Rollers on ESPN back in 1988. Rudy still have the high swing, still one of the finest bowlers in the 80’s. 👍🎳
Speaking of John Mazza he's been lurking around the Detroit area. His kids are going to carry on his legacy - they are already two really good bowlers and they just started their teen years.
Nice to see two vastly different oil patterns I like to see players have to think and not just rely on the modern equipment and easy shot lanes like they are 90% of the time. However still tons of backend from the outside on both lanes so not difficult enough for my liking.
Walter seem to handle the game 5 pressure better Rudy missing ten pins and imo a mistake throwing hook at spares. Both lanes nice for Walter right is his usual shot nd the left lane gave him a 3 board swing to get either a strike or a ten pin and even the miss inside still almost held the pocket.
Rudy missing 10 pins like it’s 1999 all over again 😢. These matches were painful to watch. Tough conditions, especially on the right lane. Congrats on the win, Walter Ray.
And someone else thought the lanes weren't challenging enough, hmmm. The short pattern played much tougher than I thought it should have, but I'm not as good as I used to be.
Tough conditions indeed. WRW looked like 1995 WRW on that last game. If I was bowling on that right lane, I would have thought It was time to bust out the old Brunswick Black Beauty and gun it straight on 15 board.

Always fun to see Rudy Revs at it.

Rudy REVVVVS still got that great release, but gets into trouble when the lanes change. Tough gritty win for you WRW, great content!
Love to see Rudy revs slinging it against the Goat. Two heroes of mine battling it out!

Challenging conditions, mental toughness carried the day. 1st ball avg and spare shooting were top notch. Well done. Felt for Rudy the last game.
great bowling, walter. 5th game was remarkable.
He didn't start out looking so great.
Congratulations😊🎉
Nice to see Rudy throwing it good again Newts😊
Nice bowling.
Aww, poor Rudy. We’ve all been too many times. Definitely feel for him, but great way to comeback and win! So, congrats!
7 out Rudy Love u Champ Newts😊
Sometimes, straighter is STILL greater
Overdub these with audio please and talk through your reactions/thought-process :)

Nice adjustment on the right lane to move a little left, belly it a little and take a little speed off.
Rudy's swing is a little different these days.
He, like everyone else our age is much older. This particular tournament was for guys over 60.
rude dude missing his lane #1 stash.
