Thank you for these videos, they are very helpful. How do you deal with taxation (reporting payments for individual editors who are overseas as an expense)? With US based contractors, it requires form W-9 from them. Also, how do you handle payments -do you consolidate bills or pay for each job, and what services do you use for actual money transfer?

Absolutely agree with you! Its not easy to find people who can do the work as well as you do, but all you have to do is set up processes for your team to follow. You have to prepare yourself first before you start outsourcing, otherwise you might find yourself spending more time redoing the job vs. getting it done right the first time.

Hey I am a model/portrait photographer adding in the real-estate side so I can eventually leave my day job and just be a fulltime photographer. I have appx 5 agents in working with, but that's obviously not enough to sustain. Any recommendations on adding more afents in a timely manor?
As long as you compensate your people, it rocks. I used to edit videos for guys who would talk IN THE VIDEO I WAS EDITING about how much extra they were making off of my work, finding cheap labor on Upwork, etc. Pissed me off like nothing else man 😒😒😒 NO MAS!

Is it common to outsource a cinematographer?
I am seriously looking at investing in your real estate photographer pro course. I found one of your current videos on TH-cam about outsourcing all of your photo and video editing. If I purchase the course, am I going to get updated information as seen in this TH-cam video? I am writing this on 26 January, and that video was published on the 25th, yesterday. In your four minute video explaining about the course, you talk about Lightroom presets, which is doing your own editing. I’m just wondering how that information meshes with being up-to-date with the concept of outsourcing your editing. Thanks.
Hey Joel! Great question - we teach both how to outsource and how to do it yourself in REPP! I strongly recommend outsourcing in the course, but there are some people who just like to do it themselves so that's why both are included. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Do you send RAW or JPEG to your editors? RAW seems to be the best quality but that would seem like it would take a really long time to upload.

I've used editors for about 4 years now... and I used to send only RAW... and bracketed up to 5 images, but it took forever to load them, and for the editors to download them... so now I send jpegs. I can barely tell the difference in quality.
