For those confused issei had much more energy was much cleaner and had insane musicality and some dope as tops, kid Colombia had insane power wasn't clean all the time didn't have much musicality compared to issei and very basic tops and no footwork at all

If you look closely at 1:19, it looks like he was struggling with that move. Even if it was intentional don't think it was very clean, and so even though Kid did really well the 1st round Issei has mostly a perfect round and was more in tune with the music.
That would be my reason why I would pick Issei the 1st round

Let me explain to you. Kid Colombia have improve in top and up rock but he showed little to almost none. You can't win a tournament by all power! You should show the judges different moves every round and you could dance different styles.
I like how Kid Colombia improved compared back in 2012 - 2015. He does dangerous moves he is a power mover. In this dance mostly he showed power moves unlike Issei with much better up and top rock and new moves before doing power.
