Really like the TB7, have almost pulled the trigger several times. Parts not readily available here in the states probably the biggest issue, that and the cost isn't much less than the UDR which has so much aftermarket parts available and you would be hard pressed to find a city that didn't have some stock on hand. But that TB7 looks so good and appears to perform. I already have a Hammer Rey and now that it's moded out it performs with the best of them.
@jacksloan3516 Thanks for the support. I understand the hesitation. I will say it's held up well. No breaks. Parts would take roughly 30 days to get. I will say, I've had the same issue with HH parts. Traxxas is the best in the game so hard to compare their parts support.

It’s a good looking truck. I have a sbr2 with the full vitavon treatment. The $ is high here in America and aftermarket bling probably isn’t available

@thatsmyrc Yikong has been around for a bit. They make a few crawlers but this is the third version of this platform.

I bought my yikong 5 months ago and that thing is beefy and scaled! Wish only there would be scaled items and have inner fenders for it to keep the rocks and other vegetation out, running mine with Ess One sound simulator on and it turns out even so good like it’s ready for King of the hammers!

hi, we receiv the first tb7 in France ! incredible truck ! there was the df7 short course before, now it's automn /winter, i'm waiting to go out, so great when it's new ! i think it will be the truck for 2024, cheaper than Traxxas, good construction. i see than Arrmma seems running too ! with the 4S Mojave, we 're waiting this car in France, will be a good car too for bash in 2024 !! thanks

Open the rear axle and the front gear box. Yikong's pinion bearings are bigger amd better sealed from debris. It also uses a 1/5 scale servo. Its a far superior trophy truck to the UDR. Mojave is the toughest basher of all 3, but thr TB7 drive train and diffs are beefier than the rest here.

They are great tires , I’m rebuilding my Mojave and only have 2 with tread , I have 4 that are smooth as glass, only the best wheels can last that long before ripping or the hex stripping, arrma definitely has the best wheels for bashing . At least RTR wheels . One day I’ll catch you at Eisenhower park , jay getting few brcc this week , I haven’t been to bayshore hobbies in a while , have you seen new” hobby shop I think it’s in copeque . It looks small though .
@RcPlayer-tt2vw Bob's new shop? Haven't been there yet. Eisenhower has been slipping on cutting my spot. I went over to where they play cricket my last run. As winter sports start up again, I'll be back over there.

Im about to pull the trigger on TB7. Is there any factory flaws or weak points?
@tommygunnz450 Only things I've noticed, grub screw on the rear sway bar mount could use a little Loctite and the motor gets really hot. I put a 1260kv I had sitting around but haven't had a chance to run it yet. Other than that this has been a great truck to own. Also check out Many's RCGarage68. It's mostly in French but he has a lot of content on this and the prior models based on the same chassis.
You should do a size comparison to the reeper
@restinpiecesrc5528 It's not close. Reeper comes close to the size of the XMaxx and the Xmaxx towers over this.
@@ReadySetRC true, it's just nice to see 1/7 scale trucks compared to each other, like the Reeper and Mt+2 to the new big rock

@laurens6887 Since the DF7 has been around for a bit, parts are good. You just got to wait for them in the US or stock up.

@ReadySetRC I've watched every video available on the db7 even the ones in languages I don't understand and there's something about that truck that just does it for me... I'm just hesitant to order one and wait weeks or months for it to arrive
When your finished with it and wanna give it away to a loyal subscriber I'd gladly take it off your hands, I've wanted one for almost a year now, I don't trust ordering from sketchy sites... so Maybe you'll wanna make a subscribers dreams come true and donate it to me 😂
