having trouble with "assign to new audio tracks" i followed the fl studio aiso, double checked inputs/outputs and made my mixer all pretty but the option still doesnt show up. anyone else experiencing this?

Bro you saved me so much headaches with this. I couldn’t figure out how to simplify my audio tracks. I was creating 4 different mixer tracks all to record audio & couldn’t figure out how to link them properly to effects. I had a crackling issue too. Can you tell me what I should do if I wanted to add harmonies though? I understand I’d use the one channel for recording & the other for bringing the clips down but would I just create another vocal channel? I’m confused with that part
Yeah just create another audio channel to drag the audio from the recording track down to. You can have your plugins for your harmony processing loaded on that track.
I kept getting a cracking noise when i put lets say reverb or compressor on the tracks individually. My computers processing power is really good so idk why it wouldn't let me add more than one effect on vocals.@@mixwithjerry

I did everything step by step and the microphone does not record in FL Studio. In Audacity, it records without any problems.
Go to option then to metronome❤
