I have a 2015 charger RT pursuit, I have moved the shifter from the column to the floor. It once had capabilities to manually switch gears with a button on the column shifter, so I know the car has the capability. Would this mod work with no differences as it did for you?

Is the tazer anything like a throttle controller ? Or would it be ideal to have both tazer and a throttle controller for a 2019 sxt

The Tazer isn’t like the peddle cmd. It plugs into the OBD port and lets you change settings and things. But on 2019+ FCA added more security you need a double bypass module.
