      And i wonder how complicated the train scheduling is
      I wonder if its just “this train to this table”

    We visited this restaurant in 2012. The idea of the train delivery is great but the quality of beer (it was Krusovice) left much to be desired. Pure touristic attraction.

    I would love to see the job description for this as well as the interview. So you are a linecook... or a host... Are you familiar with Boogies.. You mean Boogers? No boogies...

    Is great but please someone show them how to pour a beer not half foam half beer.

    • @LewisEason
      @LewisEason 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      It's intentional. It's called a Hladinka pour. The idea is to keep the aromatic flavours under the foam while you're enjoying your beer with a meal. If you pour it "English style" as you are describing, the theory goes, your drink will lose its flavour or become bitter.

      @@LewisEason never heard that but intresting theory.

      I like to have my beer with a good cup of foam. Without it I'd think its been sitting there for hours.

      Europeans like the beer to have a big head. We used to have customers asking for a big head with the beer extra cold. Also, if the foam fades fast, it is an indication of a dirty glass. The head of a Guiness pour should be not quiet 3/4 inches tall with a four-leave clover design in the center.

    They should have used only live steam engines

      It's in Yurp my friend. Not only can you not smoke inside anywhere apart from your own throat, practically; there'd be a cacophony of killjoys complaining even if somehow the restaurant could change the locos from oil, petrol, two-stroke or whatever to honey roasted chipped oak bark to power them.
      Personally, I should love to see the chaos ensuing from an overhead wire system. Or live third/& fourth rails coming into contact with a nice thick conductive beer like e Porter or Guinness if they indeed do so.
