This video is fantastic. Who is the guy with the long hair? He looks like a marine to me I am too tell him Semper Fi for me I will be in VA in the spring I'd love to shake hands there on Cripple Creek. I had no idea there was creek fishing there now i am excited for the work trip!!! LOL
You guys were at my FAVORITE pay stream!!! I've known Jim Hilton for about 15 years. As my personal testimony, I have NEVER caught a trout less than 19 inches there...NEVER!!! And I've been there countless times! There are many creeks and streams I frequently visit...but Cedar Springs Sportsman Lodge is my "go to" for an awesome trout fishing experience!!! My wife and son absolutely love it there too! By the way...We just started using several of your products with great success!!!
Ya I agree fantastic videos and me and my buddies hit cedar twice a year. I’ve also had difficulty with the bait always flying off the hook like it isn’t as thick as powerbait. Is that possibly old bait or perhaps water got in the container?
I used to use that exact setup. Those eagle claw featherlight 7 foot fly rods are great for small streams and I carried a fly reel in my back pack and would switch up.
It used to be because the action on trout rods sucked. You could get an ok ultralight rod but only about 5 foot long. I us r to use this same setup and I'm from PA. Of course now I have some nice 7 foot UL spinning rods and just keep my fly gear separate.

We loved this trip
Those where good fish guys nice job
Just saw the video. Outstanding. I am fishing there the July 7 th and 8th. What baits would you suggest?
Jerry - the exact ones shown in the video.
Thanks
I would be the guy catch the 10 inch rainbow after all my pals caught some Brood trout
For that private stream, would you also need a fishing license as well? Or just the stamp to fish at that place? Or both?
Chris Yang these streams just a freshwater works
Just a freshwater license for the private stream there. Cedar creek let’s you keep 6 per day
Love their videos, but have not even had a hit with their product. Berkeley Power-bait Salmon Peach does the trick here in Virginia.
Interesting - every one was using Fire Bait and Pautzke eggs when we walked Big Tumbling.
Pautzke Bait I’m just saying I have not been successful with your product. I carry a fair amount of your product with me and will continue to try it.
Thanks for trying. Presentation is key. We encourage you to try the methods discussed in this video.

Explain why any one would use a cheap fly rod with a spinning reel.
It's a popular rod. And, works very well.
I used to use that exact setup. Those eagle claw featherlight 7 foot fly rods are great for small streams and I carried a fly reel in my back pack and would switch up.
Why you want to put a spinning reel on a fly rod? Is that a Virginia thing or something?
Nate Johnson I’m from About as Southwest in VA as you can go and I can tell you I’ve never seen that in my years of fishing.

Shooting fish in a barrel.
Come give it a shot. Enjoy!
Nice hair rapunzel
What’s the song that played after the “got bait” logo
We aren't sure. It's part of a package we paid for legal use.
