Man Ricki definitely needs a better microphone. He sounds far too nasal, like he's talking through a boosted 1980 telephone.

The microphone is fine, he just needs to turn down the gain. I just turn down the volume when he speaks, not a big deal. When you have a room with multiple people, there will ALWAYS be differences in mic volume and quality.
