Both will be used FOR handshakes 🤝 means one port sen request another will send acknowledgement for request

If D7 is 0 means BSR mode
Let WE WANT TO RESET PC5
THEN D7=0 for bsr mode
D3D2D1=101. FOR port PC5
and D0=0 for reset
If u want to set then D0 =1
