Had it not been coronavirus, travel is easy by plane..build a good bank statement with this 45million and u can apply schengen visa for holidays in Europe...is better than Libya risky zone...

There’s no water in Libya’s territory called Black Sea. The Black Sea is a marginal mediterranean sea of the Atlantic Ocean lying between Europe and Asia And it’s bordered by Ukrain in north, Russia in northeast, turkey south, Georgia and Romania
But honestly is it really worth it risking your life just to get to ITALY? Life is really precious to risk it like that. Is not like living abroad will make you rich overnight. I live in USA and i won't advise anyone to risk his life to travel by air without documents let alone travelling illegally by sea. Glad you survived though.
