  • I belive that the original bolts that are used to mount the motor were to short.
so we increased the length of them by 4mm. did some testing and found no issues with them being longer.

Good job of the repair, On my dozer & everything I use Blue Thread Lock, WHAT EVER YOU DON'T USE THE """"" RED """".With the bluse just put a drop on the bolt/ screw threads & thigthen it to your liking. On my dozer I found several screws/ bolts loose .

If I remember right the red is extremely hard to unscrew. We used red at work on the full size machines.

Guys, pull the bolts out, clean the threads with 91% alcohol and then put red loctite on half the bolt and 3 threads up. Anytime you have bolts into metal you need to loctite them. You may not notice it but there’s vibrations within that machine and they will back out

Yeah we are using blue lock tight. But everything gets lock tight.

    Hi,
I really like your videos and follow your channel.
my CAT 6015B arrived 3 days ago.
I noticed that you open the large battery cover and it stays open - this doesn't work for me, my cover falls shut because the hinge screws are on top of each other.
Was that the case for you too and have you changed it?
    Best regards
    Rossi

It only stays open if the machine is at a slant otherwise I got to hold it open to get battery in or out.

For the cost of this toy, it shouldn’t be breaking down
