They were not forced to buy shares for this drug in an industry where over 99% of Alzheimer’s drugs fail trial, and their net worth is hundreds of billions in value. Vivek didn’t even sell the axovant shares (the company that actually developed the drug), he sold Roivant shares which has had its own line of success apart from axovant.

It would give Vivek four years in DC without being the Swamp's primary target. Trump had to discover as a sitting president just how corrupt and malicious the Swamp is. His second term would be more effective than his first, because of lessons learned the hard way. And because he wouldn't have to worry about reelection.

Just my opinion here... but Vivek is a better version of Trump. Not only is he more well-spoken, but his words also carry meaning. He has a clear path forward, as well as explaining how he would enact his policies in detail. He wants to solve issues based off of not only American ideals, but also logic and reason. While Trump and Vivek share many views, Trump tends to lean more towards emotional appeal. This is why I believe Vivek would be a less divisive president, while also implementing many of the policies Trump supporters would want.
