    It’s the Bamboo Steamer for me. I’m sure it’s been featured many times but I love it!

    So I tried to make pumpkin bread in my rice cooker recently, but it failed. It was fully cooked, but the middle was dense and fudge-like, but it was actually really good! The center was like pumpkin pie filling, but with chewy brownie edges. Next time, I tried mixing in chocolate, and it was pretty similar to this recipe! Definitely want to try it with kabocha cause that's my favorite.

    Looks yummy! Thanks for leaving/saying the gram weight, I'm always happy when I don't have to wash out measuring cups. Some TH-cam channels leave both gram and cup measurements, probably because their audience is a mix of American and European. The recipe would probably be good too if someone were to substitute pumpkin for sweet potatoes.

      Yes! Sweet potatoes or more even bananas! I just made another batch with bananas and it turned out fantastic!

      You can try carob chips instead. It's alternative to chocolate. It's similar in taste as chocolate but it's sweeter,less bitter, and contain no caffeine .

    I love your recipes and have followed you for a long time now. I'm surprised that you even consider using a microwave when all it does is destroy any goodness and nutrients that's in whatever you're putting into the microwave...how do you reason that?

    • @SeonkyoungLongest
      @SeonkyoungLongest  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Because it's easy 🤷🏻‍♀️

    • @k10nn10th
      @k10nn10th 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Microwave doesn't destroy nutrients, that's a myth. In fact, it helps preserves nutrients compared to other cooking methods like boiling where the nutrients just weep out into the water.
