now I find it odd that in the vacation world's Silverado, Granite Falls ect it won't let you build a regular residential home but it will allow a haunted residential home to be built which i find fascinating
I hope they extend the ability to make residential lots to these vacation worlds! Since we can have rentals in every world now it almost doesn't make sense!

SO confused, since you're New England/East Coast based? I'm glad to know I wasn't off base. I do love your renovations! This house turned out utterly charming. I could totally see myself renting it out, except for the jungle part. I think it might be too buggy. I can do camping, with mosquitos, but I assume a real jungle would be a whole other story! I love that fireplace too and thanks for the lovely build!
