    🐱🌛Greetings Earthlings & all other creatures! This is my most updated routine. I will be doing a more thorough review of the products!
    Would you guys be interested in an end of year favorite prouduct review type video?
    What's your current hair care routine like?🌜🐱

      I think the end of the year vid is a great idea. :)

      My hair routine:
      -Washing every other day
      -Still using the Giovanni shampoo
      -Using damage repair conditioner since I've noticed more hair fall (just got a lab test done to see if it's a health issue)
      -Using a T-shirt to dry my hair also
      -Sleeping in a braid often
      -I was planning to oil my ends once a month, but tbh today was the first time since the summer. 😅

      My hair routine is pretty simple wash every third day with mane and tale shampoo and conditioner once a month I use apple cider vinegar with my own herbs 🌿 I use rosemary sage and tyme and petals from my orchid or rose 🌹 flowers. I do follow the keto diet and the extra protein seems to help with growth and shine. 😊

      Current hair routine: every other day: prepoo with DIY oil blend 1 to 2 hours before washing with Hemp shampoo (shampoo twice) use matching conditioner, let that sit for a few minutes then rinse out... follow up with not your mother's curl cream, that's it... Currently really disappointed in myself though, I lost my grandpa 2 months ago and had a break down a couple weeks later and bleached and dyed my hair bright pink... after it faded I covered with a more natural colored dye but now my hair is pretty damaged. So tempted to cut it off and start over but I'm trying to break that cycle! Anyway, wonderful video as always! ❤

      Thank you for sharing your routine. I'm sorry to hear about your grandfather. Hope you can give yourself some grace. You are going through a big transition and it sounds like you wanted a change with your hair. Perhaps a small cut, or big trim may help, but not be too drastic. For example, starting with 1-2 inches, knowing you can always trim more as needed. Sending love your way 💜

    My current hair care routine is to shampoo twice using a silicone scalp scrubber. Then, I apply a conditioner and let it sit in my hair for about five minutes. To dry, I wrap up my hair in a towel turban for maybe ten minutes. As for leave ins, I like to use a leave in conditioner and a couple drops of jojoba oil before I brush my hair with a wide toothed comb. I usually wash my hair twice a week. It is almost hip length.
    I like how your video was similar to a conversation rather than a demonstration. Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate it, Antonia!

      Thank you for sharing Laura! And wow your hair is gaining some length, hip length is such a magical milestone, happy for you!! And thank you, that means a lot. It's pretty similar how I am in the real world realm. 🐱🌛💜

    Yay!!! Been looking forward to this. I was considering buying a set from John masters too, since it is sold at my local Whole Foods! I just finished up the rose apricot hair mask and loved it. I found that it worked really well for my boyfriend’s 2a hair as well. Thanks for the details about your routine! So useful. I always end up shampooing the length of my hair because I overestimate the amount of shampoo I need and end up with lots of suds. Which conditioner do you use after clarifying your hair? I’m wary of mixing products because I’m afraid of messing with the ph balance. But maybe it doesn’t matter. Thanks so much for everything! My hair is hip length and I get so many compliments on how healthy it is! We are so on the same page with the lunar awareness as well! 🌙

    • @naturallyantonia
      @naturallyantonia  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for the kind words Marissa! So happy to hear your hair is growing so long and that the John Masters Organics mask worked well! And makes sense eith the suds, I do that sometimes too. On days I clarify, I usually use the John Masters Organics hair mask as a deep conditioner.
      And amazing that you incorporate the moon in your hair care as well.
      All the best 💜🌛

    As usual, great video and beautiful hair. I was with my sister waiting for someone so I was looking on instagram and my sister saw one of your posts and she said “wow, she has beautiful hair “, and she’s not s hair person.
    My routine for my course, dry hair is:
    Wash every 5 days with yucca shampoo or bar shampoo but use only Calia conditioner and follow with an herbal rinse with acv.
    After wash wrap in tshirt
    Once about 30% dry I spray with Calia leave in conditioner and then apply monoi oil from mid to ends.
    I let me hair air dry.
    I mostly wear my hair in a side braid.
    I implement nail rubbing for 10 minutes each day.
    I use only wooden brush and combs.
    I massage my scalp with either saw palmetto serum, scalp detox oil, or the innate life rosemary scalp treatment every other day.
    I put oil on my hair ends every night.
    I’m a healthy eating vegan so every morning I use vital force mineral greens in water with msm crystals. Later in the day I’ll have matcha which I add liquid zinc, cats claw, lemon balm, and nettle. Throughout the day I drink different herbal teas.
    I trim my hair every equinox and solstice, according to mm schedule, only a 1/2”.
    I make my own deep oil treatment that I use as needed. It has aloe Vera, saw palmetto, stinging nettle, rosemary, rose-hip, mint, and jojoba oils. I use this from scalp to tips and wrap in a warm damp towel. I leave it on for about 45 minutes snd then wash it out.

    I also haven't had luck with scalp treatments. I have seborrheic dermatitis as well and am prone to getting acne or little sore spots if I'm not careful.
    I've also got a lot of allergies so trying to find a shampoo and conditioner that my hair and scalp like but that don't aggravate my skin or lungs in some way. Artificial fragrances (or really any strong fragrance, including some natural ones) can be problematic.
    I remember really liking the Silk 18 conditioner in the past so I may revisit it and try a couple other Maple Holistics shampoos and conditioners to see if any of them work for me.

    • @naturallyantonia
      @naturallyantonia  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sounds like we have a lot of common hair concerns. Glad to hear the Silk18 worked well for you! I should get that again soon. And yes please feel free to uodate me if you try any other Maple Holistics formulas or any other hair products you recommend for our type. 💜🌛

    I have to wash my scalp every other day because of scalp issues as well. My hair doesn’t like it so I’ll do prepoo beforehand. I’ll get creative with that. Flaxseed gel, oil. Aloe, conditioner etc. It helps preserve my hair while I clean my scalp. I have coarse dry frizzy wavy hair. I never tried John Masters. I always wanted to. Thank you for sharing your routine. You do stick with what works. I’m still a product junkie. I just enjoy it. I wonder why? Tell your cat I said jjjkkklddfxiiuythhhtk 😂

    • @naturallyantonia
      @naturallyantonia  ปีที่แล้ว

      That sounds like a nice hydrating combination. I think you would enjoy John Masters Organics, especially their dry hair line, , but of course I understand having a lof of othet products. My cat appreciates the cryptic message. 🐱🌛
      And I think there is a certain beauty about newness and trying new products, shows you are spontaneous 💜

    Love your videos!! I follow new and full moons for self care routines as well, it helps me feel a little more grounded and in tune with nature! 😌My hair is currently at armpit length but my goal is bellybutton length! I currently wash my hair twice a week (sometimes three depending on how my work schedule falls) but oil my hair several hours before washing and let it sit, then I double shampoo my scalp with rosemary mint shampoo, put my conditioner on and let it sit for about 5-10mins, rinse really well, the use a leave in conditioner after my shower. Normally I let my hair air dry but once the weather gets really cold I will blow dry it on a low setting for a few minutes otherwise my hair will never dry 😆 I’ve thought about adding a mask to my routine because my ends are so dry but I think they might just look dry because my hair is somewhat coarse.

    • @naturallyantonia
