To kick this series off, I am talking about aText. A tool that makes working with my Mac so much faster. Just hit some letters and there you have a great amount of text you would normally write over and over again.

When you need this to loginto account, I would instead use a password manager like 1Password: crsp.li/1Password

@Chris Spiegel: I haven't found a way to add an OPTIONAL ONLY attachment to an e-mail. Whatever I do, Atext ALWYS seems to add my chosen attachment independant of me ticking the box or not. Would you be able to provide help on that matter please, thank you!

I wanna write to roblox chat but when i write the shorcut the sentence appears but the shortcut does not disappear. What can i do about it? Is there any other application for that?

@@ChrisSpiegl I have found new application, that does not this problem named PhraseExpress. I found another named TextEpander but i found out it was for money so i stopped using it.

Kyle I have never thought about that. And I don’t think with aText that would be possible. However… there now also is Better Touch Tool which has a clipboard history functionality. And there you can also use text expansion and JavaScript snippets. So you probably do something like that.

I've been using it for 7+ years. There has been a new version published which added a tone of new features and I still use it every single day!
