  • In the previous video, we discussed the basics of Azure Networking. Practically, you can create a network on Azure in a matter of minutes. For this video, I have created VNet Peering for a couple of VNets in the East US region. Here, I am creating multiple VMs in separate subnets and separate VNets, trying to make them communicate using VNet Peering.

    Hi. I liked your video and its very informative. But I have question to you: what about if VM1 on SN1 wants to connect VM2 on SN2 within same VNet ? What need to be done?

      Hi, glad you liked the video.
      You can set up the default route between the subnets in order to get the machines to ping each other. Custom routing can alternatively be set up for more complex scenarios, as well.

    in real times it won't be appropriate to disable firewall... then whats option for it

    • @YatharthKapoor
      @YatharthKapoor  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You could go with Bastion or keep the firewall enabled but allowing icmp to facilitate ping.

    How VMs in Different subnets but in the same Vnet will communicate? Can we use VNet Peering there also?

  • @KnowsomeLife
    @KnowsomeLife 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    for me : vm's in same Vnet are able to connect...Even if they are in different subnets.
    Can you confirm this? Thanks
