Had to watch this again, have seen it many times, but Kinlochleven is my home, I grew up there, and my roots are there. My maternal great grandfather was there when the dam and factory were being built, but mainly watching this, I see my late Grandfather William K Wylie being interviewed, suffice to say its good to hear his voice again, miss him, miss his wisdom and his love. I now live a half hours drive from Kinlochleven with my husband, still have family there though.
I came across this film whilst carrying out my research for walking the West Highland Way next year in April 2024. I will look at Kinlochleven in a different light after watching this educational film, thank you, much appreciated.
