If you’re casual player you should try focusing on the Pirate rumble RR units banners. Less stressful with team building and grinding for KC insignias. Plus i didn’t use any 6+ evo units in PvP until a couple months in when I built my 4th rumble team. I get it tho for casual player, it is annoying seeing these units PR and GP 150 maxed since they’re older.
It's easy, just buy the skulls when you need the character for X stage/event and you don't have another replacement. While you don't need it, save the coins because later you might need them for some character and not have them.
Personally, i would rate Yamato, Carrot, and Pudding higher. Yamato is still only a single skull to evolve, so that should always be priority. Especially because Yamato is a great great unit paired with G5 6+, or even as a sub for G5. Carrot absolutely changes how she functions as a legend, and becomes an incredibly useful sub if you need to deal with captain swap or barriers (if you don't have access to G5). Pudding incredibly useful sub for newer players, Bind/Despair remover, unique store buff mechanic, block orb remover, and special cooldown reducer. And I feel like STR Oden is rated way to highly. Offers almost no utility as a sub, an okay damage boost, and extremely lacklaster captain ability and super ability. Even as a Rumble Unit, Oden is mediocre, with how much investment it takes to make Oden good in rumble, you are almost better off saving the banners for a better STR unit. Also, Psy Oden is just so much better in Rumble, a better investment long term. F2P Psy Luffy 5+ is way better and is boosted in more content than STR Oden 6+
I feel like the Sugo Fest Exclusives are cheaper for new players because you can't super evolve until you have the unit.The FTP units cost more because you have to use Kizuna Insignia just to get the character, then buy the skulls on top of that. And the FTP units truly are not better units
I just evolve the one that are on discount. When kizuna came out i didn’t play it for a loooooong time. This and the occasional breaks led to a lot of missing super evolutions so now i’m slowly getting back on track by prioritising the discounted ones. This allows me to always have tickets in case i absolutely need a non-discounted super evolution for some content. Nice tier list tho, you should definitely consider adding a tier just for “good for rumble” units

I disagree with the statement that the krieg pirates are terrible. They reduce bind and despair by 5 turns and gives a 90% damage reduction. On top of that it’s a damage dealing special with a self proc poison conditional boost, and has the unique effect of negating attack reducing slot effects so there are no unfavorable orbs and even block slots aren’t unfavorable
They are so ridiculously expensive, its insane. Even if all characters would only take 1 skull it would take months, but basically all need 5, so it will take years
I would put Roger in bottom S tier, dude literally does everything, higher atk boost with the possibility of the atk boost being even higher, orb boost extension, possible color affinity, 2M damage through everything, perfect orb manipultaion with supertype plus locks the slots for 2 turns, super PSY + free spirit, AND is really good in both rumble and grand party. Also, this is all with SE only, since he still doesn't have lvl lb. The only downside is that he doesn't work that well with other characters because he isn't part of most units required characters for their abilities. Meaning he rarely ever is used as a crewmate.
Really, you should just do a different tier list for PvP and for regular content. It's 2 separate games so it doesn't make sense to try to weigh "well this one is good in pvp but not in regular..." or vice versa.
So yh the next big event will be the kizuna clash, play that and you'll get points to exchange for rewards which in turn will give you the insignias which you can use to get certain skulls/characters
This tierlist is bad and new players shouldn’t take it into account and should evolve said units when required for PVE/PvP, but fr tho Zoro being that low when he’s actually needed for content such as GV, and Lace being that high when there are like 98 better Luffy legends
almost agree with you, but I'd change that almost all players should completely ignore GV and not consider it a real game mode. It's like 10x harder than Garp challenges for 10% of the rewards. (from when garp challenges actually refreshed)

"Well nope this doesn't seem to be working, fine I will look up teams." ...1 hour later, well every single team either has a limited legend or a limited support that I do not have, or requires a LLB 5 legend that I don't have at that LLB. This has been pretty consistent every time I've looked into doing a GV.
