Thank you for the great video. Your Mercedes GLK bulb housing is identical to mine. To be honest, when I was trying to pull the wire connector off the bulb, the bulb came out of the clips. I installed the new bulb on the wire connector and pushed the bulb back into the housing. All clips fastened onto the bulb and the job was done. It only took 5-7 minutes. Your video made the bulb connection to the housing very clear. Again, thank you for taking the time to provide this great training.

This video was the most helpful thing I found online after an hour of struggling with this. Thank you!

I was able to change it by myself using my hair mirror and a small flat screwdriver. I wasn’t having much luck getting it going under the clips so I just put it under the rim. It popped out and new light snapped back in easy! Thank you! I’ll look for more of your videos as my car gets older. 78,000 plus today.

Very Helpful. This video helped me change the passenger side low beam bulb on my 2014 GLK 250. The pictures helped me determine how the new H7 bulb when back in to the clips. The notch goes up. Thank you.

I also have the GLK 350 2013 with the same lightbulb that went out. It’s been very frustrating to find any helpful videos when I’m having a problem. I’ve had two people tell me I would have to take apart the front of the car. I am hoping that I don’t need to do that and that your intelligent little video will help me.
I had a heckuva time last winter when Mercedes jumped me and I got a new battery and then my liftgate went out and I couldn’t find the fuse. I had to end up paying Mercedes for diagnostics. I hope to see more GLK 350 2013 videos as I do still love my car.

Same here. I just got a 2010 GLK and I’m trying to do some of the work myself. My tailgate lift went out too! Did you ever figure out where the fuse was or what it was that made it stop functioning?

Jennifer one of the videos shows taking the wheel off and the fender well out, thats my next move. I've been praising the ease of working on these cars, oil changes, plugs, filters brakes , but the lighting system is designed by idiots.

Thank you, sir. Couldn't find any info for 2013 specifically. Will give it a try in the morning.

Ive' spent two days trying to get that bulb in finally was able to clip the bulb in the socket this afternoon. That black plastic POS was impossible to work with, thanks to my DREMEL cutting wheel , it's tail is gone giving me space to manipulate the plug onto the back of the bulb.

Took me two minutes. If you have trouble slightly bend button two prongs that hold light in place. Install new light then bend back the prongs safely. Thx for the video.

you are perfect, I check too many videos about this, but there is no one tell me the exect details about how to unlock the base WITH-NO-CLIP. Someone just tell me pull upward, but this is wrong.

2013 GLK and I have been trying to remove the bulb without any success, I even went to an auto repair shop where they tried and could not get the clip off the bulb. Very frustrated.

Great, you just replacing lightbulb. Just? I can't believe Germans can design something this dumb. Just to get to those bulbs!
No wonder the dealer will charge 300-400 dollars for installing lightbulb.

YOU CANNOT GET YOUR HAND IN THERE TO CHANGE THE BULB. YOU DON'T SHOW HOW TO GET THE HEADLAMP HOUSING OUT !!!! LOUSEY VIDEO

I just completed this myself with large hands. I swapped both bulbs by using this video in 10 minutes, and other vids showed people taking the front end of their car apart to perform this. FANTASTIC video actually!
To note- I bent the clips back by hand, inserted the bulbs, and softly bent the clips back into place by hand. Move the bulb to ensure there is zero play. If so, you need to bend the clips in a little more.
