Great work as always! I wish I had a harley rake finishing my drain project over the weekend. That thing really levels the dirt well. Thanks to your channel I just did my very own 4 inch pvc (schedule 40 ;) ) down spout system. I used all your tips and tricks and I'm very grateful to you and your channel. I did Y clean outs at each downspout and even found caps that pickup my 3 inch rectangular down spouts and open up into 4 inch pvc. You are a wealth of knowledge. Keep up the awesome videos.
Man for a one man show you've got lots of equipment 🙂. 3 dump trucks, 3 skid steers plus the mini bobcat, mini ex and attachments galore. No job too big or too small.
That place has a strong gravitational pull. Your cameras kept hitting the dirt and you did too. I laughed a little, well a lot. I do that all the time too. Great job it looks great!!!
Are you and your tripods having words? I mean Sean surely you could find some others to hire. You don't have to just keep knocking them over to keep them in line. 😁 Great work Sean. Always a pleasure to see you work.
Thank you! I think the key is to keep moving forward. I felt like I wasted time bringing the excavator then leaving with an empty truck but instead of focusing on that I had the skid back there and making progress in no time.
Looks a lot better now, will look even better with grass, and yes, I thought you would bring the rake, that is what I would also have done That grapple though, that looks extremely handy, it raked and also could load it with the grapple function, you will get a lot of use out of that one I am sure!
Looks great they will be Highly Satisfied with that transformation, Congrats on the expansion of Equip. The RakeGrabber combo is super & the bigger Bobcat is sweet. Ever expanding the List.
Wow that was an awesome one man job! Great work on the drone video especially at the beginning. Who did your video when you were in the Volvo skid steer? I knew you would be using the Harley rake on this one. I am hoping that no cameras were hurt or damaged during this video. Great job!
Hey Steve thank you! If you look closely I have a straw hat upside down in my lap with the drone controller held inside. That works well for keeping the controller from accidentally controlling the drone and I've used it on a lot of projects where I'm in the machine.
Think your business is developing in an interesting way. It all involves and eye for detail and, if you do start doing more landscaping, you have the drainage knowledge and experience
Can you come to Oklahoma I have 2 acres that could use a good TH-cam video! My wife is Panamanian and loves to see men working! We've been togeather 33 yrs. and she is the only women I know who would rather be gifted concrete then diamonds. We have enjoyed your videos so much and learned from you and your crew! Happy Thanksgiving and keep moving earth!
Great video like always Shawn! I was thinking, you should try include your logo in a corner of your thumbnails so people can tell it's one o your videos. I almost missed this video on my homepage until I read the cannel name.
Would you have had less dirt in the load if you would have picked your piles up and dropped them with the root rake a couple times before loading? I probably would have ran a disc plow after root raking then harley rake. Then use one of those angle iron grading frames to eliminate all hand work assuming I could not get a desirable finish back dragging with a harley rake
A few things: - I laughed, sorry. 😁 - The higher-up hovering drone shots were a highlight. 👍🏻 - My grandfather told me that, in the olden days, when they wanted to dig up roots, they would fence in some pigs for a few days and they would snout around the roots until they were exposed. - I guessed the rake thing correctly! 🙂
Shaun, remember your guys who died all around the world. Visit your guys and say their names. When we were good guys You have 10s of thousands. Lest they are non forgotten.
The T450 is awesome. It's much stronger thank the specs list. I really like it because it is compact, lightweight, and powerful. Also, everyone looks at the specs of the T450 is passes it over, making it available in the used market.
@@workmansasphalteltonworkma5864 I’ve got some footage of the T450 beaking out a thick concrete apron that if I knew how thick it was I would have brought a bigger skid. Mine is a 2016 with 1400 hours and I paid like 26k used on Facebook.
@@GCFD definitely interested in one hopefully after the first of the year I can get one also me and my girlfriend are big fans of your channel and thank you for replying
I know, right? It was a simple job but I did it over the holiday and needed the three trucks for a place to fill all the volume of roots I was removing. I could have brought the harley rake and used it with the volvo but I wanted to try it on the bobcat T450. I was also trying to beat the light, so I left the one truck hooked to the trailer and just grabbed another trailer quickly and loaded up.
@@GCFD it’s refreshing seeing someone be themselves and not act a certain way for the camera , happy thanksgivings to you and your family / Gate city family as well
@@scottboys4js it’s interesting you mention that because I’ve never thought of acting differently on camera. I try to share the story of the job or of the day.
This seems to be a one man job. With him being a small business owner he needs to keep is hourly revenue as high as possible. So it's a waste of payroll to have extra men/women there if he can do it himself.
Super nice work Shawn. You've got a good attention to detail!! Beautifully done. 🙂
Thank you Sheena!
If you are looking for a rake it was in the back of the truck on the last load. Time stamp 22:00
Haha Yep!
That was smooth, exiting the excavator. Looked like me getting off a ladder.😂😂😂
My first thought was "I think I got that on camera"
Nice. that is one cool tool for getting that type of task done. Relly shows how far out some of those tree roots extend when the cameras go flying.
Haha Joe you have no idea!
Top rate work done .It’s a pleasure watching you.Your fan club loves the way you do business and your work.

That's excellent news! Congrats on finishing up your job!
Sean, you're quite the multi-tasker operating that equipment that's doing a job and flying that drone at the same time filming the whole thing..
It's a huge pain to get all the camera footage but I think it's worth it. I hope you enjoyed!
3:10 keeping you tripping in the video shows a lot about your wholesome character. Your an awesome contractor
Hahah I thought it was funny! My first through was hoping the camera caught it...
Excellent clearing Shawn. Pleasure to watch you work.

It depends on what you're doing with it.
you already have it power rack
